Service traffic is public transport that is open to all, but especially for older customers. The service is intended to promote seniors' opportunities for services and home accommodation. For example, the passenger may have a wheelchair, a walker or a stick. The Service bus user receives a personal card that is used as a means of payment in the Service bus. The drawdown is the same as the lump sum for the bus, currently 2.00 euros/trip.

Three minibuses operate during weekdays 8.00 to 16.30 and one bus on Saturdays 9.00-17.30.

The buses run from door to door and if necessary, the driver helps passengers to get in and out of the car, as well as with moving around in the car, to ensure safe transport. However, the driver does not seek from nor follow travellers to their homes. Service traffic is handled with low floor minivans.

Buses are ordered directly from the driver.
